Random Things I have done

These are a few projects and experiences I have done outside my career

Side Quests

“Side Quests” is a concept I came across on Instagram. These are activities that you do, unrelated to your career, to learn random new skills. My completed side quests include “Making Beaded Jewellery”, “Learning Digital Art”, and “Reading 100 books in one year”. Current side quests include “Learning to make clay sculptures”, Learning to stitch clothes”, and make others.

Art and Books Blog

I previously owned a Bookstagram account, which then turned into an art account. I also owned a blog where I wrote about books and my art.

Student Coordinator for “Drug-free Kerala”

I volunteered as a polling officer for the “Drug-free Kerala” program by the Government of Kerala. As a polling officer, my job for the day was to guide students as they came to take a vote against drugs. I also helped to put up “candidate” posters all over my college.

Mental Health Ambassador Certification

I took an online course to get certified as a Mental Health Ambassador. The course taught me how I can support someone going through Mental Health Issues. At the time, I had saved the helpline numbers for mental health issues on my phone.
